Easy commute to Wembley Stadium

After paying additionally for an early check-in from 3pm to 1pm, I had to ask a couple of times to obtain a check in code. It was sent after the 1pm check-in time. A bit frustrating as I had been traveling all day.

Clean, comfortable with all essentials provided.

The key lock wasn’t easy to use - we were locked out for the first 10 mins because it’s not clear when you’ve pressed the numbers.

Lovely, stylish, warm and cozy apartment. Owners were very nice and friendly.

The bins were very small which for five of us wasn’t good enough. Hand soap, body wash and shampoo were all running low which again for five people isn’t great. There were no towels left out for us so we had to get them from inside a staff only cupboard. There were only two fans in the property during a 40° heatwave. The bunk beds didn’t seem to be very secure at all and there was no safety rail on the top bunk. The whole check in and pre check in process was terrible. I had to send passports for every single guest, never had to do that before. They also made me pay a further £250 deposit on top of the whole property price to be able to check in. This hadn’t been made clear to me earlier in the booking process so we were stuck outside in the sun for 15 minutes while I tried to pay the deposit five times. The fact that there’s even a guest portal and you have to use an external site outside of booking.com is shocking to me. Then there’s the parking. £15 for 1 day parking. This is street parking so not even a guarantee that you’ll get a space and the parking only lasts 12 hours which had never been explained to me. The fridge also had a water dispenser but looked discoloured and slimy.
