The space is fantastic and had everything we needed.
We struggled to get hot water whilst we were there and the WiFi was intermittent.

A speaker and coffee machine would have topped the experience! The wifi wasn't that good so the TV was not working well to play music from.

Location was good as short walk from a train station and next door to Mc Donalds.. It was clean. It was warm inside the bathroom. Clear instructions with entry codes.
Super small room with a view on a brick wall. WIFI did not work at all during our stay, so no access to Internet or smart tv despite being given a second log in details when I called staff for help. In the evening homeless people set up against entrance door to the building and were not keen on moving away so we could put a code in, that was scary. Thee is no lift so we had to drag our luggage by narrow stairs to the third floor.
