Luxe 2 bed - 20 minutes from Central London

Great location plenty of food outlets and shops and a nice pub a minute walk away

Spacious and comfortable

The noise. On a very busy street and there is a lot of traffic including a lot of emergency vehicles which kept me awake for most of the night I didn't like having to climb between bins to access keys First impressions were poor after entering the building, the corridor carpets and walls were filthy. I think owner should clean these to improve guest impression Windows dirty in flat and hairs in bathroom According to paperwork £50 was for cleaning the flat post stay and we only stayed 1 night Would say in current state more a 3 star than four

Very modern and easy to access

Hygiene: the fridge and bathroom were dirty needed a bleach clean. Both toilets had stains around rim which looked like had not been cleaned either. Towels were hanging on door with marks on unsure whether they were clean or had not been changed from previous tenants. Turned heating on and early hours of the morning there was a thumping noise. When looked in the cupboard the boiler was making a loud noise. We turned heating off and noise settled. Would recommend boiler being reviewed. Would recommend changing pillows as so flat and uncomfortable.

Good interior

Very unclean, dust everywhere, hair over the bathroom floor, shot glasses underneath sofa and bits of confetti over the apt, dirty pans and open ice cream in the feeeEr with a spoon still inside. When I cleaned the apt myself the tissue was coming up black from just wiping the table.Sweet wrappers behind the bed.
