The location was excellent. We were able to walk everywhere. It was also very close to the tram stop. The host was friendly, responsive, and helpful.

We had a minor issue with the cleanliness of the apartment, but the host resolved it promptly. It happened without the host’s knowledge.

This property was in an excellent location very close to the Cathedral and Petite France district. It was as described on the web site. All the main attractions are within easy walking distance from the apartment. It was exceptionally clean and tidy upon arrival. The owner Alexander, sent very clear instructions about everything we needed to know for our self check in. He was available to contact throughout our stay and answered communications promptly. Due to the ac issue Alexander had put four small bottles of water in the fridge which were appreciated as the room was so hot on our arrival.

There was an issue with the air conditioning in the apartment, however, Alexander, contacted us just prior to our arrival time to say he had installed a temporary portable ac unit and fan. Unfortunately, the apartment was exceptionally hot on our arrival as the vent pipe had obviously fallen from the open window and was expelling even more hot air into the already hot apartment. We found it almost impossible to keep the vent pipe in place as it continually fell from the open window, thus resulting in having to just use the fan.

Bardzo czysto. Właściciel zadbał również o nasz komfort z uwagi na wysokie temperatury. W lodówce czekała na nas schłodzona woda oraz już włączona klimatyzacja. Świetna lokalizacja w samy sercu miasta.
