Great stay at Strasbourg

The wasn't hot water to take a bath especially after noon. You should take it under consideration if you want to sleep fresh and clean as I do Although summer ,time there was only a duvet to cover myself during sleep and no a sheet.

Never again

The location of the studio is superb, it is recently renovated. There is an elevator in the building. The studio is very clean and the wifi is great.

There was no hot water in the building for two days. I wrote to the agency, but they never replied. I called the main office in the evening, and they called the local agency in Strasbourg, and then informed me that there is no hot water in the whole building. There was no attempt to find a resolution. We got hot water the next day, but in the evenings the water was warm, not hot, so it was impossible to take a bath (though I booked the apartment with a bath to be able to take a bath). I understand that accidents happen, but I am very disappointed in the lack of communication. No follow-up, no caring about how we manage, no apology, no acknowledgement. If you are still considering booking with them, there are three more downsides of the apartment. Firstly, the place to get and leave the keys is 400 m away, and you walk there with all your heavy luggage in any weather. Secondly, the apartment is in a very busy street with trams and buses and shouting people, so it is very difficult to sleep because of the noise. Thirdly, there is no climate control in the apartment, so you cannot sleep with closed windows. There is also no ventilation in the bathroom. I got a generic message from the Strasbourg agency this morning asking to write a review or to get back to them if I hadn't enjoyed my stay. I wrote to them about the problem we had. Again, no reply. I will never book with them again.

La ubicación

Muchísimo calor. No aire, a pesar de ola de calor. No mesa para comer. Ventana en persiana no bajaba y entraba mucha luz. Mucho ruido con ventanas abiertas por tráfico y tren ya que está muy cerca. Cuchillos de menaje no adaptados para cocinar. Solo para comer

Ein lautes Appartment in zentraler Lage.

Es war ausreichend Platz und die Küche hatte eine gute Ausstattung. Die Lage ist perfekt. Man ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten im Zentrum. Direkt über der Straße ist ein Bio Laden und nur wenige Schritte vom Appartment gibt es 2 kleinere Supermärkte und ein etwas größerer.

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße. Schlafen mit Fenster auf ist so gut wie nicht möglich. Bei Fenster zu ist es im Sommer viel zu warm, da es keine Klimaanlage gibt, und man hört trotzdem alles. Die Straßenbahn hält direkt davor und bimmelt bei jeder Abfahrt. Auch Nachts! Autos hupen oft, da ist an schlafen nicht zu denken. Leider hat unsere Nachbarin nachts stundenlang ihre Waschmaschine laufen lassen. Bis früh um 3 Uhr hat man keine Auge zu bekommen, da man alles laut gehört hat. Das war schrecklich! Das Bad ist ohne Belüftung! Dementsprechend riecht es sehr muffig. Fand ich ziemlich störend.

Più che soddisfatti

La posizione assolutamente vantaggiosa, a ridosso dei tram A e D e dell'Ilé, offre un'esperienza centrale ma non affollata. L'appartamento era in ottime condizioni, funzionale, ben rifinito e ben progettato per sfruttare ogni angolo nel totale comfort. Stesso vale per il bagno. Le Coocon ha gestito ottimamente la mia prenotazione e le risposte tramite mail sono arrivate sempre in maniera veloce e puntuale. Prezzo oltremodo competitivo.

Ho trovato tutto in linea con le mie aspettative, comprendo che qualcuno possa trovare fastidioso il tram fuori la finestra ma personalmente non ci ha arrecato alcun fastidio, anzi é stato fondamentale per raggiungere l'ospedale pediatrico quando mio figlio si è ammalato.

Il n'y a pas d'espace cuisine avec une table pour manger, sur des chaises. ( 2 fauteuils et mini tables sont à disposition devant la télé)

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Strasbourg ! Appartement top & ville superbe

Très bon emplacement, appartement très propre, moderne & fonctionnel. Nous n'avons pas du tout été gênés par le bruit comme cela avait pu être indiqué dans certains commentaires.

Il manque une petite table pour manger et s'attabler correctement. Nous avons dû manger sur les fauteuils et ce n'était pas idéal !
