The floor wasn’t clean enough. It was a little bit sticky. The host ordered us to clean the dishes and take out the trash before leaving. They say that our deposit may be used if don’t comply. It is not nice after paying for the cleaning of the apartment.

A localização do nosso apartamento era em cima de uma grande avenida, com trens passando até tarde. Mantendo as janelas fechadas, para abafar o som da rua, o calor ficava insuportável. O que nos salvou foi um ventilador.

Очень удобное расположение, квартира в центре, легко добыть ключи. Все очень мило. Вид из окна очень умиротворенный. В квартире есть все, что нужно. Особенно понравилась ванная) все удобно и отлично. Мы проживали вдвоем, кровать позволяет спокойно и комфортно спать. Есть много удобной посуды и все, что нужно для приготовления еды. Я осталась очень довольна пребыванием. Большое спасибо

Одно одеяло на двоих

The location of the studio is superb, it is recently renovated. There is an elevator in the building. The studio is very clean and the wifi is great.

There was no hot water in the building for two days. I wrote to the agency, but they never replied. I called the main office in the evening, and they called the local agency in Strasbourg, and then informed me that there is no hot water in the whole building. There was no attempt to find a resolution. We got hot water the next day, but in the evenings the water was warm, not hot, so it was impossible to take a bath (though I booked the apartment with a bath to be able to take a bath). I understand that accidents happen, but I am very disappointed in the lack of communication. No follow-up, no caring about how we manage, no apology, no acknowledgement. If you are still considering booking with them, there are three more downsides of the apartment. Firstly, the place to get and leave the keys is 400 m away, and you walk there with all your heavy luggage in any weather. Secondly, the apartment is in a very busy street with trams and buses and shouting people, so it is very difficult to sleep because of the noise. Thirdly, there is no climate control in the apartment, so you cannot sleep with closed windows. There is also no ventilation in the bathroom. I got a generic message from the Strasbourg agency this morning asking to write a review or to get back to them if I hadn't enjoyed my stay. I wrote to them about the problem we had. Again, no reply. I will never book with them again.
