Superbe logement idéalement situé.
Les étages à monter mais c'était bien décrit dans l'annonce et nous avons choisi ce logement en connaissance de cause.

Emplacement au top très proche du marché de Noël, idéal pour les piétons avec enfants.

Appartement spacieux et bien situé dans le centre-ville.
J'ai séjourné pendant la canicule de juin 2026, donc les conditions étaient exceptionnelles. Mais l'annonce indique la présence de la climatisation, ce qui n'est pas le cas. Il y a simplement un climatiseur mobile bas de gamme, aussi vétuste qu'inefficace, et sans évacuation prévue vers l'extérieur. Il faut absolument retirer le terme "climatisation" de l'annonce pour ne pas tromper les hôtes. Moralité : ne pas louer sous les combles pendant l'été ou les fortes chaleurs ! Connexion Internet ADSL, avec une box Neuf Telecom qui doit bien avoir une quinzaine d'années. Salle de bain vieillissante : traces de moisissures et robinetterie à revoir.
