Lokasyonu çok iyiydi.

En üst kattaydı. Merdiven 90 basamaktı. En son katta çatı arasına çıkmak için tahta bir merdiven vardı. 17 basamak ve çok dikti. Yaşlılara uygun değil..Hava çok sıcaktı. Klima yoktu. Küçük odada havalandırma için yeterli pencere de yoktu.
