The apartment consists of: 🛋️ a living room/dining room with a double sofa bed and two armchairs 🍽️ a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator/freezer, cooktop, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster) 🛏️ a bedroom with a double bed 🛁🚽 a bathroom with shower and separate toilet
🛗 The apartment is on the 3rd floor with an elevator.
❄️ The accommodation is equipped with mobile air conditioners in the living room and bedroom. Under normal conditions of use, they generally allow lowering the indoor temperature by approximately 5°C compared to the outdoor temperature.

This includes changing the sheets, general cleaning of the apartment, and disinfection of the bathrooms. 🧹 However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, clean the barbecue, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and organize the apartment. If you prefer not to do this yourself, you can order a "complete cleaning" service of the apartment for €30 before your arrival. If this option is not booked in advance and if these instructions are not followed, a penalty of €60 for cleaning fees will be charged.
📝 After booking, you will be asked to sign a digital contract and provide your identification document via the Yaago platform, as well as the information for the police registration form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identities of the people staying do not match those of the booking, we reserve the right to refuse access to the property.

A great location, good apartment and a lift - what’s not to like. We would happily recommend it to others for a stay.It’s not five stars due to some small issues - you do a status review (with photos) for check-in and check-out but they haven’t fixed some small wear and tear issues; the washing machine is good but they don't have a clothes rack or dryer; the kitchen pans/utensils are the bare basics; the bathroom has a single towel hook and no wall hooks or towel rails.

The apartment is exactly as the photos show and the description is accurate. clean with all the amenities needed. The location is perfect. We had to contact the host could not find where the lockbox was located. They immediately responded and directed us to the lockbox. The only suggestion would be to add the exact lockbox location in the directions. we give this an excellent rating and plan to return to the property and stay longer.
