Great location. Everything looking like new and cosy inside the apart.
No closet and nowhere to hang cloth. Even the rake for coats by the entrance door was down (held by adhesive tape? seriously?). Third floor. The windows (no view really) open into a small inner yard where you find the back side of the kitchen of the neighboring restaurant. So where the staff get to smoke and store the trash dumpster. Evening cooking smell good however. Front street door (next to restaurant) of the hallway on 1st floor does not close. Anybody can get into the building. But area look safe. The building entrance and staircase is intimidating. But the inside of the apart is great (if you don't have cloths to hang).

etre dans le plein centre et etre dans un appartement refait a neuf
Un vieux batiment avec des zones communes insalubres (manifestement pas de co-pro) => une entree, une arriere cour, et des escaliers sales et pas su tout entretenus, ainsi que des etages insalubres avec des plafonds ecroules, a laisser la tuyauterie apparente.

El piso es bonito, limpio y cómodo.
El edificio es muy antiguo y el piso está justo sobre el patio de luz de unos restaurantes, así que hasta las onces de la noche oyes el ruido del movimiento del persona del los restaurantes.
