Masallah very clean staff was so attentive

Location was really good. It was near the Sirkeci station(easy to go from IST airport with Havaist 11) and there were a lot of restaurants and souvenir shops near this property. “Bellboy” gave us welcome drinks. It was bottle of water and lemonata. (There was no bottle opener, so I recommend this property to set bottle opener in every room.) Some staff were really nice and helpful.

First day, I entered the room and realized the mirror in the wet room didn’t cleaned up. There were a lot of water drop stains on the mirror. And there was no toilet paper in the wet room so I asked to bring it. Moreover I found tissue paper trash under my friend’s bed and she was scared. Second day, we didn’t have room cleaning, so I asked reception to bring new towels and also room cleaning for our last day. Last day, when we got back to our room, we found room was much cleaner than first day! (This is the reason why we give 5 not 4.) About facilities, there were no tissue papers in the room so we used toilet paper instead of this. We had a huge power outage on my second day. I don’t know the reason for this and It may not a property’s cause, but be careful for anyone planning to stay this hotel. (I attached the photo.) If someone who cares noises, this property may not suit because a lot of cars and trams are running in front of hotel.
