    My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was not clean, and the overall level of cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. The room felt dirty and poorly maintained, which made our stay very uncomfortable. In addition, the staff's attitude was unprofessional and unfriendly. Instead of being helpful, they were uncooperative and made the experience even worse. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are many better options in Istanbul that offer much better cleanliness and customer service. I definitely would not stay here again.

    I load my luggage into Hotel before check in date since I am fling to Cappdochia, the reception people are very kind and helpful. unfortunately that I got to check out earlier and not able to enjoy the hotel and their breakfast since I have mess up my fly timing . With help of hotel that I got check in my fly on time and back to Taiwan. Allhamdullila I will back to hotel next time for sure. The only thing is the room is bit small but its comfortable Thank you
