Brilliant location for Birmingham City Center. Short walk to the ICC and NIA. Everything that you need was there. Washing machine, dishwasher, shower, hair dryer ect..
The accommodation itself was a little old and tatty in areas. Scratches on the wall, broken glass in picture frames, broken glass mirror on the sliding wardrobe doors in the bedroom. Frayed carpet. Smelt of damp in the bathroom not nessisary unclean, but little run down and the place needs a lick of pain and a new carpet and ect however, we wasn't there for the luxury, it was a convenient place for a concert we were attending at the NIA.

Great location, quick amd easy to get to everywhere in Birmimgham centre. Hosts were quick with responding to questions regarding the apartment once we were in there and helpful. It had enough of everything that we needed with appliances, towels, bedding etc. And information provided was good. Althought a little unclear at times so clarity of opening door on arrival etcwould be good to have for future guests.
Apartment was old and and needs updating.Seemed to have alot of damp, mould in shower, damp patches on walls, burn marks on carpet. The sofa bed which we used wasnt great either.. it dipped on one side so we had to sleep in a different roation otherwise we would have fallen. Meaning leg was hanging off the sofa bed all night so was very uncomfortable.
