*If you are bringing a boat, please contact us ahead of your stay so we can get you a guest pass to the Private Boat Ramp. The park office is only open M-F, 9a-5pm.

There is ample parking for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway with additional space for your boat/trailer. Our Lakefront Villa is less than 1 minute from Emerald Park, which provides boat access to the lake. Guest Passes will give you access to other LVPOA parks like Cody Park, Bar-K Park, and Arrowhead Park.

Grocery, pharmacy, bank, restaurants, and Starbucks are all approximately 5 miles from the property. Cedar Park, a 17-mile drive, offers several additional shopping and dining options. Flat Creek and Bent Oak wineries are about 15-mile drives. Austin is 37 miles away (about an hour drive) for access to all the fun Austin has to offer. Lago Vista, Lake Travis, and Point Venture golf courses are all easily accessible. Enjoy numerous hiking trails and caverns throughout the area.

For the safety of our home and our guests, there are 5 outdoor cameras that record video and audio footage.

Boat access to Lake Travis is provided via Emerald Park boat ramp. Access card (owner supplied) and guest vehicle passes are required. Please notify us by at least 48 hours of check-in day if this is an amenity you would like to utilize, and we will arrange for a guest vehicle pass.
