Sunshine, music, drinks, great people, and relaxing on a beautiful deck.

This was house absolutely perfect. Everything about the house was great. We had 3 adults and two teenage boys. We had never been to Texas and thought we would want to stay near Austin for things to do. We quickly found that the locals new all the best spots without traveling into the city. Luckenbach, Poodies, Pizzeria Sorellina, CutNPutt, The Lighthouse. Spent our days enjoying Texas out of the car, in the sun, rather than driving the whole time.

There was not much water in the river below, but this is a mother nature deal and not something the homeowners could do anything about.
