The Village of Briarcliff has it all, including a Marina on Lake Travis with Boat and Jet Ski rentals, a dog park, a fabulous Lake front restaurant, Willie Nelsons Golf course, hike/bike trails, pickleball courts, and a playground for the kids. The location is amazing (not waterfront) but beautiful views of Lake Travis.. only 2 minutes to Lake Fun. The decks overlook the large fenced yard and enjoy amazing Views of Lake Travis and the Hill Country. Conveniently located 2 minutes from the Briarcliff Marina or 4 minutes to Pace Bend Park, easy Lake Travis access for swimming, fishing, floating, boating, kayaking, hiking, etc.

Chic tile floors extend into the fully equipped kitchen, where you will find Granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances, including a DOUBLE OVEN! Pull up a bar stool to dine at the eat-in kitchen or gather around the rustic wooden dining table to enjoy your meals and play cards or games together! Open the glass doors to admire the panoramic views of Lake Travis and rolling landscapes of the Texas Hill Country. After spending the day out boating on the water, settle into one of the chairs on the lower balcony with a glass of wine or grill your fresh catch on the charcoal grill! This was hands-down one of the best experiences we’ve ever had! We were in town for a golf tournament, and the location couldn't have been more perfect. The house was incredibly close to the course, making our early morning tee times a breeze.From the moment we walked in, it was clear that the hosts go above and beyond. The goodie basket was such a thoughtful touch, packed with snacks that were perfect for refueling between rounds. The absolute highlight, however, was finding fresh apples in the fridge specifically to feed the deer in the yard. Combining that with the amazing views of the lake from the property made for the most relaxing evenings.The home was spotless, the scenery was breathtaking, and those extra personal touches made all the difference. If you're looking for a place that feels like a true getaway while staying close to the action, this is it. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this house and will definitely stay here again! The home was clean (and smelled great!), beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed (and didn’t know we needed!) to feel comfortable and relaxed.Jill was an excellent host! She was very responsive and attentive without ever being intrusive. Communication was smooth from start to finish, and she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect!

The house was perfect for us as we were a longer term stay as our house was being updated and remodeled. The house had everything we needed for our stay. The large fenced in backyard for our dog was a great asset to this house and we enjoyed walking her through the neighborhood and trails. The house is built so you can enjoy views of Lake Travis. Jill was a very responsive and thoughtful host!
