LAKE TRAVIS WATERFRONT HOME: Upper and Lower Decks capture AMAZING sunsets on the lake with fantastic views!! This home is located on a deep part of Lake Travis for skiing and recreation. There is a gentle slope to the lake from the house to a private boat dock if you want to bring your own boat and use a neighborhood marina to launch your boat or have a convenient marina deliver your watercraft rental to the boat dock. This is truly the perfect home to make memories on Lake Travis for small or large groups. There are also paddle boards, kayaks and fishing equipment available for you to enjoy the lake at your own risk. For those that have to stay connected, there is free WIFI available throughout the entire home.
INDOOR ENTERTAINING AMENITIES: The garage area room has a 55 inch SMART TV with a stereo receiver and speaker system along with a Pool Table, Ping Pong table, Foosball, Mini-Basketball, Air-Hockey, Dart Board, and bar with full size refrigerator and propane grill.
MEDIA ROOM AMENITIES: Includes a 65 inch SMART TV with DVD player and speaker system controlled with in-mounted iPad control along with poker table, bar, games, comfy dual-reclining couch.
ACCOMMODATIONS: There are 5 bedrooms with 10 beds that will accommodate 14 people. There are 3 king beds and 1 queen bed. The downstairs bunk room has six twin size bunk beds. Each bedroom has its own TV with cable service.
This home is close to the Texas Hill Country. Visit the Flat Creek Winery/Bistro for lunch or wine tasting then continue to Marble Falls for a fun day of exploring and looking for antiques. Other local establishments include a local golf course, paintball facility, shooting range club and lots of restaurants and stores in the Cedar Park area.
HOMEAWAY PROCEDURE: When you are interested in renting the property, you have 2 choices. You may do a "Book Now" or you may "Ask Owner a Question." If you are not sure you want to book this home or if you are not sure if this home is a good fit, please choose "Ask Owner a Question." That will allow us to discuss any questions you might have or find out if it is a good fit WITHOUT your credit card being charged. If you "BOOK NOW", we need a copy of your drivers license or passport along with a signed rental agreement within 24 hours of your booking. IF YOU FAIL TO PROVIDE THESE DOCUMENTS WITHIN 24 HOURS, YOUR RESERVATION WILL NOT BE HONORED. Also, VRBO is no longer collecting Refundable Damage Deposits on behalf of the property owner so, there will be a $1,500 Damage Deposit needed as part of your rental terms and conditions.
**No weddings are allowed. No groups where most or everyone is under the age of 28. No loud, drinking parties such as bachelor or bachelorette parties.

We had a great stay at the lakehouse. The views were incredible, and there was a ton of space for everybody. A few downsides were parking (no street parking available) and the kitchen wasn't stocked very well (missing basic things like utensils and a sponge or brush to wash dishes). Everything else was great though, and I'd definitely recommend this place to larger groups.

We had a great time! Family and friends came together for the weekend. Everyone was impressed by the lakehouse view, deep media room, cool bunk room and giant downstairs gameroom. We also brought our boat to the dock to wake surf and tube the young adults. Loved it!

Very nice house with great views of the lake. Plenty of room for family and friends. The downstairs area was a plus with the game room and bunks. The owners were fantastic and communicated with me about the lake status during the recent floods. Definitely will stay here again.

Very fun place, it was raining the whole time we were there and we were able to entertain ourselves the whole time with all the activities and games at the house.
