A relaxing vacation in a brand-new, well-equipped vacation home!!
Unwind in the wellness area with a Finnish sauna and hot tub!
The new vacation home is quietly located in Marinapark Walchum, quite close to the large and small recreational boat harbors as well as the HafenCafe.
The vacation home offers plenty of space for up to 4 people and features 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed.
The wellness area is equipped with a Finnish sauna and a fantastic hot tub (additional fees may apply on-site).
The house is kept comfortably warm thanks to infrared heating.
The single-story house features the following rooms:
- Spacious living-dining room with an open kitchen
- Wellness bathroom with a Finnish sauna, whirlpool, and shower
- 2 bedrooms with large double beds
- Restroom (with washing machine, including a drying function)
You can park your car right next to the house for free.
Near the vacation home is the HafenCafe at Marinapark, featuring beautiful seating right on the water. A variety of dishes, as well as coffee and cake, are served here. The café is generally open from Easter through the fall.
There are several charming vacation homes scattered around the harbor. This area, as well as the banks of the Ems River, is excellent for walking and biking.
The two nearest supermarkets are located about 2 and 3 km away, respectively, both with bakeries on site, in the town of Walchum. The nearest larger towns with big supermarkets, about 10 km away, are Dörpen, Haren, and Lathen.
There are VERY many options for day trips in the area: Papenburg (the “Little Venice of the North”), the fashionable town of Leer, a quick trip to the coast (only about 110 km), the Papenburg mega-shipyard, various amusement parks, and numerous swimming lakes. It’s less than 10 km to the Netherlands. And for cyclists, this place is an El Dorado!
Upon arrival, the beds will be made, and one large and one small towel will be provided for each booked guest. The linen package also includes 2 dish towels. A linen package is always required with every vacation booking.
Group gatherings and parties are not permitted here!
You may bring one dog to this vacation home. You can include this in your booking during the reservation process; otherwise, you’ll have to pay for it later.
