Location was excellent, as was access to the building and to the staff. View was fantastic, there was lots of light in the apartment.

Many parts of the apartment were poorly maintained. The bathroom door knob was literally falling off when we checked in. We repaired it ourselves. Some of the flooring on the staircase to the upper level was also missing. It was potentially dangerous. The bathroom, while not actually dirty, was in need of floor and wall maintenance, and the sink faucet needed replacing. The television and remotes had no instructions in either English or Japanese. So as non-Korean speakers, we were unable to use the TV for our entire stay. These things didn’t bother me that much, but I would have trouble recommending this apartment to friends or family.
