電車の駅からは離れていますが、バス停がすぐ近くにあり2路線通っていました。
どちらも10分間隔で来るので移動に不便はありませんでした。
コンビニもバス停近くにあり、必要なものはそこで購入できます。
建物入り口のナンバーロックと部屋のナンバーロックのダブルロックだったところも安心感がありました。
早く着いた時やチェックアウト後も荷物を預かってもらえます。(1つ目のロックの中で部屋の監視カメラの前)
部屋がリビング以外に寝室2つ(片方はエアコンはなかったですが送風機でリビングの冷気を入れられます)あった所も子連れ旅にはありがたかったです。
洗濯機、掃除機、ハンガー、傘、簡単な調理器具や食器、冷蔵庫(冷凍機能は無し)など、必要なものはバッチリ用意されていました。
ありません！
強いて言うなら…。韓国でよく見るトイレとシャワーが一緒になっているタイプで、誰かがシャワーを使った後はトイレまでびしょびしょになりますが、100均で売ってるシャワーカーテンを持っていって使えば問題なしでした。
連絡への返信はとても早いですが、SNSのような短い連続したやり取りは苦手なようです。一度の問い合わせで完結できるようにまとめて問い合わせるとスムーズかと思います。

Cerca del autobús y a 25 minutos de central station de metro. Limpio y agradable. Había jabon y champú. Lavadora-secadora. El personal aunque no los conocimos en persona fue fácil contactar con ellos por Booking. Alrededor hay tiendas tipo seven eleven

Nära till busshållplatsen, supermarket och restauranger. Hade allt man behövde, även snacks, vatten och yogurt.
Att det gick inte att låsa toaletten och att stänga dörren i det ena sovrum.
