We were unable to use the hotel restaurants , bowling, or even buy a drink during live music events

It was an awesome hotel, had everything you could want.
I didn’t realize I was renting from an air bnb instead of the actual hotel so we weren’t allowed to partake in ANYTHING!!!! We literally couldn’t buy food or drinks at the restaurant. It was absolutely ridiculous. Non of that was disclosed upfront. I was led to believe I was renting from the hotel. I was scammed pretty good. Never again and like ten of my friends did the same, we’ll never go through them again. Straight through the property from now on!!
