Welcome to Ocean Escape Condos! While staying at our beautiful condos you also get to enjoy amenities at Captain's Quarters on 7th Ave S and hotel BLUE at 9th Ave S. as well as exclusive access to the seasonal H2oasis Waterpark, located one block away.
Our condo can sleep up to ten guests and is available exclusively through the official On-Site Rental provider. Your stay will include all linens and towels. You will also have access to our 24-hour front desk. Daily maid service is not included but may be purchased upon arrival.

• Guest Laundry at Landmark Resort.
• Select Dining Options at Landmark Resort: Gazebo Restaurant, Latitudes Bar & Grill, and Havana Java Bar Proudly Serving Starbucks Coffee.
• Year-Round Waterpark at Crown Reef: Open year-round and enclosed seasonally, featuring the Twister Body Slide, Explosion Tube Slide, Salty’s Splash House, Silly Sub and Kids’ Slide.

The property is newly built and is located centrally in Myrtle Beach, making it easy to get to places on both the south end and north ends of Myrtle Beach. We are just a short ride away from Broadway at the Beach, the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, SkyWheel and so much more that Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach has to offer.

We were very pleased with our experience the staff at Landmark started our vacation with a friendly welcome and always a quick response if needed the property was as shown in photos and very clean I would definitely book again it’s downtown so be aware you will see an eclectic mix of people but not issues

Our stay was comfortable for the most part, however there are a few things that needed attention prior to our stay.1. The kitchen faucet was unstable. It moved and it was difficult turning it on and off.2. There was an ice bucket but the only way to get ice was to use ice trays.3. The shower door in the master bathroom would not stay close without pushing it several times.3. The shower handle in the master bathroom that is used to turn the water on and off was not secure.4.No plungers in the bathroom 5. No paper towels 6. No ventilation or air circulation near the elevators
