Welcome to Ocean Escape Condos! While staying at our beautiful condos you also get to enjoy amenities at Captain's Quarters on 7th Ave S, hotel BLUE at 9th Ave S, Crown Reef at 29th Ave S. featuring a year-round waterpark, as well as exclusive access to the seasonal H2oasis Waterpark, located one block away.
Our condo can sleep up to ten guests and is available exclusively through the official On-Site Rental provider. Your stay will include all linens and towels. You will also have access to our 24-hour front desk. Daily maid service is not included but may be purchased upon arrival.

• H2OASIS Waterpark at Landmark Resort (seasonal) featuring three giant slides, kids’ slide, splash landing and snack bar.
• Guest Laundry at Landmark Resort.
• Select Dining Options at Landmark Resort: Gazebo Restaurant, Latitudes Bar & Grill, and Havana Java Bar Proudly Serving Starbucks Coffee.

The property is newly built and is located centrally in Myrtle Beach, making it easy to get to places on both the south end and north ends of Myrtle Beach. We are just a short ride away from Broadway at the Beach, the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, SkyWheel and so much more that Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach has to offer.

The check in process could be better. It took way to long, for a stay that was paid for in advance. The condo was spacious and exactly what I needed. Beach access was great, 3 minute walk. Housekeeping was great . Towels or tissue was not an issue. Tons of places to eat, both cheap and expensive.

I literally have no complaints. Place was clean and conveniently located near good food places and fun activities. We received fresh linen every day which was great. I felt the property was protected and very clean. No issues as all. We enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back

The neighborhood was more run down than we expected. You do have to walk down the street and cross to get to the beach. The toilet seats were uneven and didn’t fit the toilet well and hard to sit on. Overall this was a decent place to stay. It was clean and we had good room service.
