Welcome to Ocean Escape Condos! While staying at our beautiful condos you also get to enjoy amenities at Captain's Quarters on 7th Ave S and hotel BLUE at 9th Ave S. as well as exclusive access to the seasonal H2oasis Waterpark, located one block away.
Our condo can sleep up to ten guests and is available exclusively through the official On-Site Rental provider. Your stay will include all linens and towels. You will also have access to our 24-hour front desk. Daily maid service is not included but may be purchased upon arrival.

• H2OASIS Waterpark at Landmark Resort (seasonal) featuring three giant slides, kids’ slide, splash landing and snack bar.
• Guest Laundry at Landmark Resort.
• Select Dining Options at Landmark Resort: Gazebo Restaurant, Latitudes Bar & Grill, and Havana Java Bar Proudly Serving Starbucks Coffee.
• Year-Round Waterpark at Crown Reef: Open year-round and enclosed seasonally, featuring the Twister Body Slide, Explosion Tube Slide, Salty’s Splash House, Silly Sub and Kids’ Slide.

The property is newly built and is located centrally in Myrtle Beach, making it easy to get to places on both the south end and north ends of Myrtle Beach. We are just a short ride away from Broadway at the Beach, the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, SkyWheel and so much more that Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach has to offer.

No decent blankets on the beds, remote had no batteries, no basics, for example, paper towels, no washer and dryer. It was very basic. It was barely decorated. No coffee pot just the bare minimum. Basic fridge. No icemaker. I’ve never stayed at such a basic place.
