Welcome to Ocean Escape Condos! While staying at our beautiful condos you also get to enjoy amenities at Captain's Quarters on 7th Ave S, hotel BLUE at 9th Ave S, Crown Reef at 29th Ave S. featuring a year-round waterpark, as well as exclusive access to the seasonal H2oasis Waterpark, located one block away.
Our condo can sleep up to ten guests and is available exclusively through the official On-Site Rental provider. Your stay will include all linens and towels. You will also have access to our 24-hour front desk. Daily maid service is not included but may be purchased upon arrival.

The property is newly built and is located centrally in Myrtle Beach, making it easy to get to places on both the south end and north ends of Myrtle Beach. We are just a short ride away from Broadway at the Beach, the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, SkyWheel and so much more that Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach has to offer.

Condo was nice but needed a few repairs. There was a couple spots in floor were rebar was poking thru wood floor. But overall it was beautiful

The location is great and the employees were very friendly. With that being said here are the negatives.
1. You had to wear shoes the entire time due to the floor being so dirty it would turn your feet black.
2. Stated in the description that there would be a pool and lazy river to enjoy across the street. That was not the case. The pool was closed and the lazy river had no water at all.
Quite disappointed considering this was a HUGE week for Myrtle Beach with it being "Bike Week" you would think they would want to be at their VERY BEST in order to get return guests.
3. All of the bars/food service on the back side of the hotel were closed. BIG money loss in my opinion. This is the spot to serve your guests best sitting in the sun enjoying the pool with a cold drink and some food!
