This newly renovated three bedroom two bath oceanfront condominium at the Grand Atlantic Ocean Resort is located in the most desirable and central location of Myrtle Beach. This eighteenth floor unit boasts a large living room with HDTV, a DVD player, a new sofa bed and loveseat, new luxury vinyl plank flooring, new stainless steel appliances, new granite countertops in the kitchen, new Serta bedding, HDTVs in every bedroom, a large 25 foot oceanfront balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, and convenient washer/dryer in the unit.

This spacious unit includes a master bedroom with a king bed, private bath, HDTV with DVD player, and sliding door opening onto the large, oceanfront 25 foot balcony. The second bedroom is furnished with two queen beds and a wall mounted HDTV with DVD player. The third bedroom is furnished with two queen beds and a wall mounted 40" HDTV. A second full bath is conveniently located with easy access from both the second and third bedrooms. There is also one Pack-N-Play available in the unit.
Grand Atlantic is a great resort for year round vacationing. Monthly rentals are available from October-March. The resort's amenities include a beautiful indoor heated swimming pool, 170 foot indoor heated lazy river with rafts, a large indoor hot tub, and an indoor heated kiddie pool. Outside, the resort boasts a 65' outdoor pool and another kiddie pool with mushroom waterfalls. Chaise lounges surround the outdoor pools, and a well-kept lawn area with chaise lounges provides additional space for sunning! The resort also offers a mini mart, an excellent grill and ice cream shop named "Scooby's", an arcade for the kids and a fitness center.
This property is Smoke Free. Guests may only smoke in the designated smoking areas around the building. A $250.00 cleaning fee will apply if smoking occurs within a guest room.
***Housekeeping Fee includes: Departure cleaning service and Linens.
Linens included are as follows: 4 towels, 4 washcloths per king or queen bed. 2 towels, 2 washcloths per twin bed. 2 hand towels and 1 bathmat per bathroom. 1 kitchen hand towel and 1 kitchen dish rag. You will also receive a starter roll of toilet paper in every bathroom and one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. Housekeeping will not tend to the unit during your stay. The unit will be thoroughly cleaned before each guest's arrival and after each guest's departure. There is a washer and dryer in the unit.***
House parties and Groups: House parties and groups with members under the age of 25 are prohibited. We do not rent to non-family groups unless ALL members of the group are 25 years of age or older. Any misrepresentation by groups of their age will not qualify for refunds.

Check in was very easy. Keys were received long before arrival. Kitchen was brand new and had just about everything we needed. Host was quick to respond and we had a fabulous stay in beautiful accommodations with a gorgeous view!

Great condo. Loved all the updates and the cleanliness. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. The owner was very good to work with. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great place to stay!
