Fantastic location and really accommodating host allowing us to leave bags to suit our schedule. Very comfy accommodation as described.
Lots of bedding and wasn’t too sure where to put it all. Although I would be useful on a cooler weekend

I stayed for a weekend with my baby, the host was welcoming and accommodating , she ensured we had enough blankets and provided a travel cot and high chair. It wasn’t the easiest but it was definitely doable and the host was happy to give me a hand if needed. The host did let me know prior that it wasn’t 100% suitable for children but with her help I made it work, would definitely recommend here for a couples get away.
Only downside is the toilet is at the other end of the garden, but it says that in the listing so I was aware before I booked my stay.

This was the loveliest, cosiest little sanctuary! We felt super comfortable there.
The only thing that we weren’t able to sort out was getting the bath to run hot! We ran it through the shower but the hot water wasn’t consistent enough to fill the tub (maybe we did it wrong, not sure!)

The little personal touches and the effort the host made to ensure all little details were added, was adorable. Its a quirky little place. And I loved all the little details and creature comforts. It felt like being looked after by a mum who made sure we had everything we needed. She was bright and friendly when she greeted us and we felt very welcome and we left in peace to enjoy our relaxation away from work and busy life. The place was extremely clean and all soft furnishings were laid out to perfection!!
The toilet was separate to the place we slept but everything was provided incase it rained there were umbrellas and robes and brand new slippers you could use if need be.
The shower was going hot and cold which was a shame but in all honesty everything else was so lovely that we didnt care about that small issue.
Its a humble place and as close to perfection
