Honeysuckle Cottage

Super helpful team.

We were attending a wedding party in the town centre and the location was on 2/3 minutes away. Everything was just as we’d hoped and we had a most enjoyable stay.

There was nothing we were unhappy with.

The location was superb. The showers were very good The kitchen was well equipped. Wish everywhere we stayed had s smart tv like here.

Sofa not the most comfortable. Don’t go in term time if you want a quiet break because this is on two routes for two schools for very young children. The description says there is parking but frankly we came and went for a fortnight and there were very rarely any spaces available on the narrow street. It must be the case that everybody in Whitstable uses public transport to go to work because every street we passed was the same. Fortunately, we had booked a parking space five minutes away through just park. This cottage is so good that I would say it is still worth going if you are willing to pay the extra for parking space somewhere in Whitstable.

Short walk to town centre and beach. Clean and comfortable.

The stairs are very steep with narrow treads and would definitely be a problem for anyone with mobility issues. There are also potential trip hazards with differences in levels going from dining area to kitchen and from bedroom to upstairs bathroom. Car parking is an issue as the street is narrow with no parking on one side. Adjacent streets wee also very busy with few parking spaces.
