Whitstable Wishes, a Stylish Seaside Retreat, Whitstable with Parking Space

We had a fantastic stay—this was the perfect place. The location is excellent: it’s about a 10-minute walk into Whitstable, and there are lots of great restaurants nearby. Tankerton Beach is only a few minutes away, which was wonderful for us—especially for walking our dog every morning. The ground-floor apartment was lovely and bright, and the bathroom is a really good size and the bed was very comfortable. It was perfect for what we needed. We didn’t cook or eat meals in the apartment, but there are facilities available if you want to. We were very grateful we brought our own fans, as there was a heat wave and the weather was warm. Sam was an excellent host—very informative, allowed us to check in early, left us with a lovely bottle of Prosecco in the fridge on arrival. Highly recommend this place. It’s ideal for exploring Whitstable and the surrounding areas.

The outdoor area was a little bit glum, it’s all pebbles and has no greenery or plants.

Absolutely beautiful, comfortable furniture and well equipped.

It is in a great location to explore Whitstable and the adjacent coastline. The property itself is lovely, clean and comfortable. The additional area with the sofa bed, although not used by us, is useful if bringing a child or other family member.

Fantastic location short walk to town centre shops restaurants etc. off-road parking and private sunny garden, good size living room and nice bathroom.

Although the inside of the property was clean, the outside area wasn't as clean has we’d expect, there was a build-up of leaves etc. under the garden chairs and table and there were quite a few weeds dotted all around the outside area. All the furniture outside needed cleaning before it could be used, the reclining chairs had green mould on them and required extensive cleaning and a day to dry out before you could sit on them. This was the second week in April and the first warm weather of the year so maybe this would be different late in the year.
