Appartement Monika

The apartment is comfortable for 2 people, with a nice size bedroom and small kitchen/dining area and bathroom (toilet is outside the apartment in the hallway) - it is in the downstairs part of a home, the owner lives upstairs. Only 10 minute drive to Zell am See, and close to lots of hiking and walking trails - you can walk up the hill behind the house for a beautiful view, or along the river down below. There are also 2 friendly cats, Peter and Paula who love a pat!

The kitchen could use some basic items such as cooking oil, tea/coffee, napkins/tissues, cleaning spray etc. and there is no soap in the toilet or bathroom to wash your hands.

Wonderful view over the valley of Grossglockner alpine road, far from the noise of busy resorts. You can see the Schwarzkopf peak (cca 2700m) from the side of the valley and the Brennkögel peak (cca 3000m) from the head of the valley. You can only imagine the alpine road passing by the side of the latter. The appartement is the ground floor of a classic Austrian house, modernized just enough to feel good, but left rustic for a nice authentic vibe. If you plan to hop to different ski resorts by car, you are within 1h to a lot of them (Kitzbühel, Wildkögel, Saalbach, Hochkönig, Schmitten, Kitzsteinhorn, Gastein, Flachau, and even Obertauern). We plan to come back in the summer for hiking/biking.

If you resonate with nature, it will break your heart seeing the trucks loaded with wood descending on that road by the house.

Skromnější, starší zařízení, ale vše funkční. Velmi klidné místo se zastřešeným parkováním přímo před apartmánem. Velmi přátelská a ochotná majitelka.

Malé WC mimo vlastní apartmán, na stejném patře, jen přes chodbu.
