Not great - long-tailed silverfish and weird smell

Perfect location for the slopes, and easy walking distance to Zell am see. Free parking Comfy bed

The place has a weird smell and there is long-tailed silverfish in the apartment, although they’re not harmful, you still don’t want them back home with you, as they are hard to get rid off again. It’s an okay place, but it’s old and could get much petter if they removed the carpets, painted the place, and put in a smaller table and chairs. It’s privately owned and you have to pay tax and bed linned on arrival in cash, should be included in the price. The owner doesn’t speak English.

Well equipped apartment, comfortable bed, close to ski lift, very helpful host who was very accommodating.

Wonderful stay

It was close to everything. Very good and new kitchen, it has dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, toaster and stove. Bed for 3rd guest is not the same with pictures, it’s comfy and nice. Big balcony. And host, wow, they are amazing, very helpful and friendly!

Good Apartment at convenient location

The Apartment was at good location and was clean. The host was very friendly and we have a pleasant stay at this place. It is at very nice location, near by public transport and had very good balcony with nice view.

I would recommend to go with mosquito coil if you like to sleep with open windows.

13 Euro extra payment for bed linen, were not mentioned before the booking. Personal check out necessary which was a little inconvenient for me, due to the changing competition time. But the owner were flexible about the check out time, therefor an early check out was possible

Für 5 Nächte ist das Appartement nicht geeignet. Höchstens als Zwischenstation.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Leider riecht es in der Wohnung sehr modrig. Der Vermieter hat uns nicht bei der Gemeinde gemeldet, auch nach dem 4. Aufenthaltstag nicht, obwohl wir beim Check In die Steuer bar bezahlt haben. Somit konnten wir die App von Zell am See nicht aktivieren und hatten daher keine Vorteile wie kostenloser Nahverkehr etc. Die Nachbarschaft war sehr laut. Eine Kaution von 200 Euro muss bar hinterlegt werden. Vermieter spricht kein deutsch.

Dobra lokalizacja, powierzchowne sprzątanie, mało pomocny gospodarz

Apartament jest w świetnej lokalizacji, blisko wyciągu, sklepów i restauracji. Wyposażenie, co widać na zdjęciach, jest raczej przestarzałe i zużyte ale jeszcze całkiem funkcjonalne. Sprzątanie apartamentu było mocno niedokładne, czego dowodem były liczne pajęczyny za drzwiami i w rogach pomieszczeń sprawiające wrażenie obecnych tam od bardzo dawna. Na tygodniowy pobyt 4 osób gospodarz przewidział jedną rolkę papieru toaletowego i jeden worek na śmieci i trzeba się było upominać o kolejne. Pomimo tych mankamentów nasze wrażenia były całkiem pozytywne i ogólna ocena byłaby pozytywna gdyby nie sytuacja już po naszym wyjeździe - okazało się że przez pośpiech zastawiliśmy w apartamencie urządzenie elektroniczne. Gospodarz potwierdził że je znalazł, zgodnie z prośbą otrzymał adres do wysyłki i od 2 miesięcy już się nie odezwał, na próby kontaktu nie odpowiada. Widać podejście gospodarza jest więc takie że lokalizacja apartamentu jest na tyle dobra że nie trzeba się wysilać, wystarczy minimalny wysiłek w urządzenie i obsługę gości a klienci i tak się znajdą.

Indeling kamer gek met tafel tegen de muur. Niet eens een kastje o.i.d. in de kamer om spullen op te leggen/in te doen dus alles blijft op de eettafel liggen, Mini keuken met te weinig ruimte (ca 50 a 60cm brede loopruimte voor aanrecht) dus koelkast staat in de kamer, vieze kapotte vloerbedekking, bed kraakt heel erg en matras heeft kuil in midden, alleen ijzeren bekers voor warme dranken die te heet worden om vast te houden, minimaal bestek aanwezig, beddengoed komt nog (verplicht) bij de prijs op wat niet goed gecommuniceerd wordt. Algemene indruk is een afgeleefd appartement waar hoognodig onderhoud nodig is

Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Aussicht ist wirklich gut und es gibt eine große Terrasse.

Leider gibt es im Bad und Küche keine Fenster, so das auch nichts abziehen kann. Ein kleines Licht fehlt auch und für den Ofen ein Handschuh.

Die Lage war gut und ein bequemes Bett

Extrem hellhörig (Toilettengang, Husten Niesen etc. hört man alles von den Nachbarn), es riecht sehr muffig. Sehr dunkel, im Bad ist es versparkt. Heizung wurde nicht richtig warm.
