Lower apartememnt is perfect for two guests. You have a spacious bedroom with a wardrobe, table, and double-bed. Bed has two separate matresses but they are not trying to run away from each other every night. Blankets are very warm (a bit too warm). Heaing is working fine. Bathroom is next to the bedroom, also big and comfortable. You have everything you need there Apartment also has a living room combined with kitchen, with the sofa, TV, dining table and kitchen itself (microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffe machine etc - all availabe there). View from the windows is awesome, especially on the sunny day - spening time there is a peasure. There is also a "service room" with the washing machine that is very helpful when you are staying for a week or more.

Road is not 100% comfortable - most of it will be an asphalt and getting up from the main road is very easy even after the snowfall, but last 500 meters is a challenge - there will be a steep u-turn to the gravel+sand road, that during or right after a snowfall become hard to drive up even with the chains. 4WD will be better in those conditions, but if you dont have one - i would recommend leaving your car at the bottom and walk those 500 meters by foot. It is not a big inconveniencecomparing to being stuck there. If you get stuck - there is a neighbor with a tractor that can help you to get out :) also during our stay one morning we saw a footsteps on the roof of our house coming from the next house - looks like some of the neighbors are a bit nosy
