建物の入り口や共用部分がゴミが目立ちイマイチでしたが、それ以外は良かったです。
部屋の鍵が1箇所だけで他にチェーンロックなども無く、ちょっと防犯の不安はありました。

Es muy cómodo el lugar, tiene todo bien organizado. La ubicación es un poco retirada de la estación de metro (10 minutos caminando), pero cerca hay lugares para comprar comida o víveres, además de que es muy tranquila la zona. PD: yo usaba scooter que te llevan más rápido a shinjuku o shibuya que el propio metro, llegué a hacer 10 min a shinjuku.
No es queja, es recomendación. El departamento no cuenta con pantalla, pero tiene un proyector. Puedes usar ANDROID e IOS, pero cuando trasmites algo directo de internet se ralentiza un poco, funciona mejor si descargas el contenido y después lo reproduces.

大通りに面していないから　車の騒音は無かった。食事も歩ける範囲でさがせた。ベッドが大きくてよかった。
シャワーの力が弱すぎた。風呂につかりたかったが　小さかった。

Everything is great. Shower room just a bit small, no where to put or hang clothings to change after shower. If the stay can provide umbrella to use that would be even better.
