The guy who runs this place is amazing and very nice and helpful. The place is very new and clean uncomfortable. There is a big kitchen. We only spent one night and did not use any of the facilities, but everything looked amazing clean and new.
Location - far from center.

Everything: from the how clean it was to the location (not super close to the monuments but definitely in a quiet area with supermarket, ATMs and restaurants close by). And the host is super helpful and caring.
The bed was so hard, and the walls are a little bit thin so you can hear from the other room.
