This is the second time staying at a property owned by this property manager. We love the location and that it is in walking distance to dog beach. The group of dogs that meet for sunrise is very welcoming.

Great communication. Easy self check-in. Friendly, quiet neighbors. Short walk to the pool. Short drive on A1A to the beaches, shopping, restaurants, Patrick Space Base, nighttime Bioluminescent kayak paddle tour. Easy drive to Florida Institute of Technology. Beach chairs, towels and umbrella are available. Clean appliances - laundry, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven/stove. Wi-fi access. Clean bathrooms, great shower pressure and temperature control. Comfortable furniture. Room for reorganizing and repacking life for college move-in.
