Renovated spacious modern house with a big backyard. The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly. Pets are allowed and the neighborhood is also boat friendly with access to a public boat ramp. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, which is walking distance to the Indian River where you can have a kayaking experience and look at dolphins or enjoy a walk to Ballard Park. It is a close drive to Eau Gallie Art, Downtown Melbourne and a 5 minute drive to Satellite Beach.

The house was very clean and cute. We didn’t find the keurig till the second day but there is a really good coffee shop just a minute away. There’s a notice on the window about hvac work which is definitely needed, the living room is cool but the rooms are warm. Thankfully the ceiling fans helped a lot.

We had an amazing stay at the River House! It’s a beautiful home with a lovely backyard—my daughter absolutely loved playing back there. The house was spotless, well-stocked with everything we needed, and incredibly comfortable. One of our favorite features was the relaxing imitation fireplace—it added such a cozy touch. I stayed here while graduating from FIT, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient—just minutes away from campus. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable place close to the school, this is it. Highly recommend!

It was adorable and felt like home. It was really clean, and in a central location. Far enough away from crazy traffic but close enough to many beaches and family activities! It was also a great place for kids!
