House had plenty of beds to fit all 7 of us, with space for even more if needed! Located just across A1A from the beach and park. You can walk, but it's really a busy road to cross so we drove their instead. One downfall was the air conditioning. The thermostat stayed locked at around 80 not matter how many times we turned it down. There is a portable AC in the living room, but it only cools the living room so the bedrooms get HOT. But they added a fan to the master, so I'm guessing they have heard this before.My kids loved having the hot tub on the back porch! (It's a small one for 4, but the water starts to overflow if 4 adults are in it at once. Great for kids or for 2 adults at a time though!) This house was perfect for our family. Owner was easy to communicate with, checkin and checkout were very easy, and it's very spacious.
