Coffee station, washer and dryer on site, Wi-Fi with workstation for those who have business activities while on vacation. 5 smart televisions, games, and stunning water view around the fire-pit area. A huge entertaining area on the back deck with a grill for outdoor cooking. Don’t worry about the little ones, because there is even a crib for the young ocean goers. Sleeps 13-14 guests. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, and microwave. Dinner ware for a service of 12.

James was very nice and replied to any changes or concerns promptly. The house was great. Very clean when we arrived with enough room for my family. It can be difficult to find a place that will allow dogs and was very pleased to find this one. I would have liked to have a little more cookware but we made do. Would definitely recommend and if we are ever in that area again i would see if it is available. Thank you so much for everything!

Check in was easy and the management was easy to get ahold of. This home has plenty of beds and worked well for the number of people we had to accommodate. The layout worked for us all. Holiday travel delayed check-in by a day, so it was nice to have the code for the door instead of meeting someone to access the property. The beachy decor was inviting, and we enjoyed the comforts of how it was all laid out. The issues we had with the property have been communicated to the owner. Mildew, no vacuum (2 week stay), stinky bathroom ventilation issue, broken patio chairs, and no chairs around the fire pit. The property looks like it could use a good cleaning and water issues addressed. I communicated the mildew and water concerns right away, but since we washed the shower curtains, there wasn't much else to do. It rained a lot the first couple of days, so I didn't notice the patio furniture was so bad until a few days into the stay. We were very disappointed that we couldn't sit anywhere outside. I felt like I was bugging the owner, so I didn't reach out about the chairs. We made the best of the trip and enjoyed the beach and time with local family. I hope the owner takes some time to troubleshoot the bathroom/ water issues and get new patio furniture.
