Experience Old-Florida in this adorable 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom home with large enclosed back yard. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and very centrally located. Just 15 minutes away from the Beach, 5 minutes away from the Mall and 10 minutes from Downtown Melbourne.

Washer/dryer with detergent are located in the covered porch by the kitchen within the exterior lean-to closet.
We have a Mr. Coffee 6 cup traditional drip coffee maker.
The thermostat has a lower limit of 69 degrees to prevent the unit from freezing.
The king bed is a memory foam mattress with an attached topper.

The home is fully furnished and stocked with an equipped kitchen and full sized washer/dryer. The living room was recently renovated with light marble tile.
Guest Access/Interaction:
Guest may gain access to the house anytime after check-in with deadbolt code. The house is setup completely for guest use and everything in the house is accessible to guests with the exception of two locked utility closets.
We provide self check-in so we will not meet in person unless the need arises. The listing is setup exclusively for guest use. We are just a message/call away if you need assistance or suggestions of things to do in the area!

Public transportation in the area is not optimal.

A wonderful charming home/Cottage very peaceful and pet friendly. We had a nice time there. I would love to stay again next time we’re in town. Don’t miss this one and the host is fabulous. Everything was great. We and our dogs especially enjoyed the back yard and patio. The house was also very convenient to stores and restaurants.

The biggest issue was the infestation of ants. In every room. Also, when the guest shower was first run, black dirt came up from the drain. Also, the property wasn't ready at check-in time (no shade against the woman cleaning, she was working hard).
