Settle into our plush King and Queen beds and start your day with a coffee, or wind down with evening cocktails on your balcony overlooking a serene pond.
Just outside your second-floor unit, you'll find the association pool, perfect for a refreshing swim or a relaxing soak in the hot tub.
The kitchen is equipped with essentials like coffee, tea, sugar, and oil, encouraging you to create delicious homemade meals. Whether you're relaxing by the pool or taking a leisurely stroll to the beach, this delightful escape ensures both relaxation and enjoyment.
Nearby, you'll discover a variety of restaurants, grocery stores, and Walmart, all within easy walking distance. Ample free parking allows you to come and go as you please without any hassle.
Guest access:
Guest may gain access to the house anytime after check-in with deadbolt code. The house is setup completely for guest use and everything in the house is accessible to guests with the exception of one locked utility closet.
Interaction with guests:
We provide self check-in so we will not meet in person unless the need arises. The listing is setup exclusively for guest use. We are just a message/call away if you need assistance or suggestions of things to do in the area!
Other details to note:
The clubhouse area (including the pool and gym) is open from sun-up to sun-down.
We have a traditional 12 cup drip coffee maker.
The thermostat has a lower limit of 69 degrees to prevent the unit from freezing.

This community is located on Eau Gallie Blvd in Indialantic Florida, nestled between the town of Indian Harbour Beach and Indialantic.
Stroll just a short distance to explore nearby restaurants, grocery stores, Walmart, and more, all within easy reach. Ample free parking ensures a hassle-free experience as you come and go at your leisure.
You will find yourself in a very central beach side location about 10 minute walking distance from the nearest beach (2 min drive) and 2 miles to Melbourne/EauGallie Arts Distruct (4 min drive). Shopping (Win Dixie, Walmart, Publix) are also walking distance.
Right across the street is Corey's Bagels, one of our favorite breakfast spots. Their Lox and Bagel is mouth-wateringly delicious.

We enjoyed our stay. It was close to everything we needed for this trip. We were there for a wedding on Satellite Beach. The grounds were very nice neat clean. We didn't use the pool but the pool area looked great. Close to several restaurants and walmart. This was a plus. We had a couple things we needed to mention about the unit. When we arrived the unit had a strong smell. We couldn't at first figure it out. We looked around and found the odor was coming for the guest bedroom closet. This closet not only accommodated your clothes ect but also had beach gear, chairs, towels ect.. We were not going to go through this stuff so we shut the door and stuffed one of the beach towels under the door. We didn't call the host but I did try and send them a message about it. The smell left so we continued with our very hectic wedding schedule. I also told them 4 towels is not enough for 4 adults, so we did wash towels a couple of times. The washer and dryer are very nice. The front door was hard to open. May need a little adjustment. The bedrooms were good size but the mattresses do need changing. The air conditioning did a great job. 70 would have you covering up with a blanket and it was an unseasonably warm long weekend. Overall the unit was nice.

Great property. Friendly support staff. Quiet and peaceful.
Pool hours were odd for adults. And the monitoring with camera was a little big brother-ish.
Still, would highly recommend.

We were very happy with everything. This was a much nicer option versus a hotel room. More space. More comfortable. More like home. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you.
