* Live Music Venues are within half a mile or take a quick Uber ride for few bucks to Downtown Melbourne or Cocoa... Port Canaveral also is quite the place: Enjoy the Port with fine dining, or casual dining overlooking the cruise ships going and coming in... or fishing (catch your fish and have it cooked right there at the port).
* The Indian River, just blocks away, is a great place to paddleboard, boat, and check out local wildlife such as dolphins, manatees, birds, etc.

It's an ideal location just off the beach yet in a very quiet established neighborhood. You will be happy to find within 2 blocks our nearest beach, Millenium Park Beach with small park for kids and parking spaces.

Subdivision backs “Gleason Park” which is perfect for runs, picnics, walks, and has beautiful fountains.

Downtown Melbourne (Eau Gallie) is where you will find endless shops, restaurants, art galleries, pubs and more

The house is close to Publix supermarket and Walmart( 0.9 miles away). If you are looking for a more sophisticated meal or picnic goodies, try the Green Turtle market where they have an eclectic wine selection, fresh seafood, and the best French bread, baked daily.

Our favorite breakfast place is Corey's Bagel house. This is where you will find New York-style bagels made to order.

Are you a surfer? Then wax your board and take a quick drive to the beach. There are many stores that will provide surf lessons, and daily or weekly board rentals.
Tired of the beach? Check out the Banana River for jet skiing, canoeing, and kayaking (Kelly Park in Cocoa).

Sunsets: Make sure you head to the Melbourne Pier for the most gorgeous sunset overlooking the Banana River. Fishing is also a favorite past time of this charming pier.

Adventures: Disneyland, Legoland, Seaworld, Universal Studios are excellent day trips, approximately an hour drive from the home.

Driveway can accommodate parking for up to 4 cars. Parking on the grass and street is not permitted.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. We have no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, parties, and sex offenders. **Minimum rental age is 25- no exceptions**

Any person coming from a highly-infected area, as defined per the Governor's guidelines, must reserve a minimum stay of 14 nights and follow CDC self-quarantine guidelines.
