Off Season - Huge Savings - Heated Pool

was the perfect place for the 3 of us for the long weekend. Right there on the beach and close to everything

Close to beach and pool was wonderful. Other guests mentioned pool was unheated last week, but it was perfect when we were there. I had inquired about riding bikes on the beach, like you can near St. Augustine, and was told here you could. It might be legal to ride here, but sand conditions makes it pretty much impossible. Beach is great for walking, however. Condo is in great central location for going to bars and restaurants. Garage is a great bonus to have. Only slight complaint on condo is that the blinds in the bedroom with the king bed need to be fixed. Several slats were missing/broken, so a lot of light came thru in the morning. Maybe you could add a set of drapes like in the second bedroom? Overall a great experience though. Would definitely stay at complex again. Host also was super quick to respond to questions about the area before our stay.

The location of the property was amazing and we enjoyed walks on the beach and finding lost of seashells. The condo was very clean although a little dated still, mainly the bathrooms. Some of the furniture is older and I believe should be updated. The pool was warm the first day but I don't know if the heater was on the 2nd day because it was pretty cool when I went in. The balcony's are under repair which we didn't realize before we booked. I think it may have been in the listing but we didn't see it. All in all we really enjoyed the property and would go back. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was neat & clean, great location & management acted quickly upon our request for a keurig machine. We were 2 couples sharing the unit. Quite comfortable. The distance to the heated pool and ocean was what we really enjoyed the most. Being able to walk out the door for sunrise and sunset was awesome! The locals, owners of the other condos, were very friendly and helpful with suggestions of the area. We are definitely planning to return and bring our families. You are nestled between the Hilton & Crown Plaza hotels so therefore the beach is almost private.
