Private Beach, 3 Heated community swimming pools: one being next to the beach, the other two just steps from the lanai sliding glass doors. Ground floor, Free covered parking steps to front door, gas grills, outdoor shower, and shuffleboard. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located villa in the heart of everything Siesta Key!

This place was perfect. Very clean and great location. We had a problem with the water heater and the host got someone in there right away to fix it. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you.

Excellent place to stay! The location was great, pictures online were accurate, and it was very clean. The unit had all the necessary supplies and the washer/dryer was a definite plus. The check in/out was very easy & convenient and the host was very responsive.It was great having 3 pools and a grilling area.

Our stay was amazing. Unit was very comfortable and as stayed. If u could add a second mirror somewhere jn the unit (bathroom was the only mirror). Also a cookie sheet or something larger to carry meats and such from grill. We grilled most nights so proximity to grill and pool was amazing
