Located on the 5th floor of the Tower Building, this privately owned condo combines comfort and convenience with a spacious open layout, updated furnishings, and everything you need for a relaxing beach getaway.
Whether you're planning a family vacation, couples trip, or extended beach stay, this beachfront retreat provides the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Florida’s Gulf Coast.
KITCHEN AND LIVING SPACE
The condo features a bright open living space designed for comfort and relaxation after a day at the beach. Guests can enjoy a large 70” TV, comfortable seating, and an inviting atmosphere for gathering with family or friends.
The fully equipped kitchen offers plenty of space for cooking and entertaining, complete with a dining table for six and a dedicated coffee station stocked to kickstart your mornings right. The kitchen is fully furnished with cookware, dishes, and essentials for both short and extended stays.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
This condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests across two spacious bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed, dual vanities, a private toilet room, walk-in closet, and a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers two queen beds, a dresser, TV, and a large walk-in closet. A full bathroom with vanity, sink, and tub/shower combination is located just outside the second bedroom. Fresh linens, bath towels, and starter toiletries are provided for guest convenience.
AMMENETIES
Guests will find a dedicated beach closet near the entry stocked with Tommy Bahama beach chairs and an umbrella, making it easy to enjoy long days on Siesta Key Beach. The condo also includes six plush beach and pool towels for guest use.
Laundry facilities are conveniently located just across the hall and are operated via a prepaid card available through the onsite office.
Sarasota Surf & Racquet Club also offers a full resort-style experience with beautifully maintained tropical grounds and amenities including:

The condo and facility were beautiful! Clean, with 2 pools and right on the beach. Easy to travel to siesta village. Lisa, the owner, was very welcoming and quick in responding. We would definitely return to this unit if ever in Siesta Key again. Thanks, Lisa!

This was one of the best vacations we have had in a very long time. This condo was so clean and well stocked. The bedrooms spacious, living room and dining area open concept to a great kitchen. the lanai has a wonderful lounge chair to sit and view the beach. The host was on top of our every needs. The washer and dryer were right out side our door. The grounds were beautifully manicured, the beach was beyond anything we could dream of. The sand was like walking on flour, and it never gets hot! The umbrella/beach lounger rentals were perfect, the guys were great. The water as clean and clear as crystal. We are definitely coming back next year. LCR.

The beach was absolutely amazing. Our condo was convenient, clean roaming well furnished and perfect for a week long getaway for four adults. Parking was easy. I highly recommend this wonderful place.
