Jamaica Royale - Villa Unit #84

Welcome to the loveliest place in Paradise! Dr. Beach has repeatedly named Siesta Key as one of his top five choices for beautiful beaches over the last several years.

Jamaica Royale, overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, welcomes you to its beautiful white quartz sands and private beaches. The complex offers 3 pools, 2 BBQ areas and plenty of parking. Jamaica Royale is perfectly located to enjoy all that the Key offers. A free trolley is available in front of the complex or its a 20 min walk to the village where there are plenty of restaurants, lively bars hosting local music acts and delicious ice cream shops. There is on site management and security. Guests in this unit will find themselves on the amazing Siesta Key beach in just two hundred steps. And for those who choose a day of playing with tubes and noodles, Jamaica Royale has three conveniently located heated swimming pools.

Rentals range from one week to an entire season in this recently updated, ADA compliant one story villa that offers two generously sized bedrooms (plus a living room sleeper/sofa) that allows for up to six guests. The primary bedroom has a king bed and full bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has new full size beds. An eat-in kitchen with a microwave, an oven and a Keurig coffee pot, an in-unit washer and dryer, tv's in both bedrooms and a fresh and lively living area with a brand new television all make this unit seem like your home away from home. A patio on the garden side of the complex allows for lounging with your morning coffee or late afternoon cocktails.

The location is ideal for watching amazing sunsets, walking or driving into Siesta Key Village with its fabulous restaurants and daily music, renting boats, para-sailing, paddle boarding, kayaking or just staying back, reading and relaxing. There are other options for getting around the key: Siesta Trolley and numerous other shuttles that usually work just on tips.

Downtown Sarasota, a 15 minute drive, provides restaurants to tempt every taste bud. Enjoy a sunset cruise on Le Barge in Sarasota Bay. There is always fabulous entertainment at the Van Wezel, the symphony, the opera or one of the many wonderful jazz restaurants.

This is a vacation you will not soon forget.

The front office is open Monday - Saturday from 9:00am - 5:00pm. If you are arriving after hours or on Sunday please let us know ahead of time so we can coordinate getting your keys, parking pass, instructions and wrist bands upon arrival. There is a lockbox that will have all of your necessary information and we can provide the code.

Siesta Seaside Services has officially begun to manage Jamaica Royale beach chairs for our beach. Siesta Seaside Services also offers rentals of beach chairs w/umbrellas, beach cabanas, stand alone beach umbrellas, and beach tents. Jamaica Royale’s beach chairs will continue to be available for use at no charge. Please remember to bring your own beach towels as unfortunately we don't have them available in our unit!

Prior to visit host was thoughtful and pleasant. The staff not was very beautiful, clean and nicely decorated.

Awesome! Loved our stay it was in a perfect location to the beach and was able to walk to the Siesta Crystal Classic. It was nice that it was a gated entrance. There was great communication from not only the owner but also Jamaica Royale. Would definitely stay again.
