Granite counter tops in the spacious and fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and three flat screen TVs. Jamaica Royale has three heated freshwater pools, one of which overlooks the beach. This unit is spotless and has absolutely everything you will need to enjoy a relaxing vacation on the beach.

We had a great vacation in Siesta Key. The condo was very nice, clean and everything we needed. Amy was very helpful with any questions we had and offered us an early check-in and check-out. Would definitely stay at Amy's condo if we're in the area again, loved it! Thanks, Sheila

This condo was PERFECT for our family of 5! Beautiful view of the gulf from the balcony and kitchen window, with very easy access to the pool and beach! Amy was very helpful and organized. The unit was clean and well stocked with towels, dishes, and beach toys! We will definitely be back!

Amy’s condo is the best place we’ve ever stayed in siesta key. It is equipped with everything you need and then some. Amy has thought of everything! The decor, the furnishings, the cookware, coolers, games, toys, you name it and it’s is there! Comfy beds, perfect location. We will never stay anywhere else. Thank you Amy for being so accommodating with our flight changes and hosting us another night.
