-Unit is professionally cleaned after every guest to ensure the cleanest experience upon arrival
-1 covered spot in front of the unit and guest parking across along fence
-The unit is a 1 bedroom 1 bath with a Queen pullout sofa bed in the living room.
-Full kitchen with all pots and pans, dishes, silverware, everything you need to live comfortably during your stay.
-Washer and dryer INSIDE the unit*
-Jamaica Royale is very big, over 150 units on the property, leaving you feel as if it is a resort. It’s a beautiful place that also is at the same time very peaceful. The walk to the beach is 2-3 minutes but you have a private pathway that is restricted to only guests of the property.
-Jamaica Royale also provides 3 heated freshwater pools, two beach Tiki Huts with beach chairs and lounges and lighted shuffleboard. Lovely manicured lawns and grounds. Friendly and helpful on site property management, grounds, maintenance, and security staff.
-2 TVs, one in the bedroom, one in the living room with Direct TV.
-The unit has its own WIFI which you will have access to upon arrival.
-The bedroom is very large and features a King sized bed with a couch and dresser. Closet is plenty big for 4 people to fit your clothes in if you need the extra space..
-The bathroom has been completely remodeled, everything in it is new.
-Beach chairs, beach towels, and beach toys provided in unit. High speed Verizon internet and TV with over 200 channels. Easy access to Beachside BBQ grill area with deck. Very easy access to dedicated parking spot
-You are less than a mile to the Village where there are restaurants, banks, grocery store, drug store, gift shops, ice cream shop, bars and night clubs, banks, salons, and coffee shops. You can rent bikes, Segway's, boats, scooters, snorkel, fish, dive go parasailing to name a few.

Every room in this condo including the living area and the kitchen were spotless when we entered. No odors, not one drop of sand even. Tommy was wonderful anytime we contacted him for any items we questioned him about. Every single thing we needed was neatly placed somewhere in this condo. This condo was recently remodeled.When you first pull up to the condo where you park the car you do wonder what is it like inside. On the other side of the condo it is so quaint and peaceful with an umbrella and chairs. This entire place was very peaceful and you feel safe when there.My only issue (and I knew by looking at the pictures on VRBO) is that the length of the beach to water. I knew I would have a hard time but it was worth it to see the beautiful water.I would definitely stay here again but would choose a little closer to the sand(even though you still have the walk to the water).I thank you Tommy for taking care of our every need.See you again sometime maybe.

The resort is beachfront but the unit is not. Almost 1/4 mile from door to sand. No beach view from unit. View is of landscaped areas. Unit very clean and comfortable snd well equipped in kitchen and with beach supplies. Tommy as very responsive to communications.

Very cute condo, perfect location. Tommy has you covered with many of the small things you might need on vacation. There were two beach chairs, a wagon, a small cooler and umbrella. A short walk to the most beautiful beach I've ever been to. I'd come back!
