It was nice but was not as well maintained as places surrounding us. Also, need new umbrellas for the beach and could use some work on the steps.

Loved the location to the Siesta Key Village.
Furniture needed to be cleaned in living area.
Luggage racks for bedrooms would be helpful. The unit was dark and some of the lights didn’t work. To help families out with wet towels and bathing suits it would help to have a drying rack.
Property manager was very good at responding when I had questions. Loved the grounds and pools and we enjoyed our time there.

There is no laundry in the unit even though a washer and dryer are listed in the property description. We had multiple friends staying in other units on the property and they all had washers and dryers in their unit. We planned this trip with the understanding that we needed to do daily laundry and as a result we had to sit in another building each day to pay and use the communal washer, instead of enjoying recreation time.The property listing also promised beach towels which were not there and as a result we had to go and buy our own. The bath towels provided in the unit were also stained. In order to clarify things like the towels and the laundry we had to message the property management company, as there were no signs or instructions in the unit. This also took away from our recreational time.No financial accommodations were offered for our inconvenience or additional expenses. We were simply asked for our understanding.
