About this cottage rental
Welcome to your lakeside escape at Stony Lake Hideaway, a retreat designed for comfort, connection, and unforgettable memories.
This spacious home offers breathtaking lake views and an open floor plan perfect for gathering with family or friends. Each bedroom features individual climate control, so everyone sleeps just the way they like. The four-season sunroom is perfect for morning coffee or quiet reflection, while the expansive deck invites you to soak up the sun or enjoy al fresco dinners under the stars. For an additional fee, our summertime guests can add the bunkhouse for up to four additional beds!
Outside, the lake is your playground: bring your own boat to enjoy from the private dock, paddle with the provided kayaks, or unwind by the firepit on crisp evenings. In the fall, watch the shoreline glow with vibrant leaves, explore nearby orchards, and enjoy cozy evenings by the fire. In the winter, soak in the hot tub surrounded by a blanket of snow, try ice fishing, or explore local trails for skiing and snowshoeing. Fast, reliable WiFi keeps you connected — only if you want to be.
Whether it’s a romantic couples’ retreat or a family getaway, this home blends lakeside charm with comfort and convenience for a truly memorable stay.

Beautiful setting, enjoyed fishing, lots of nearby activities. Sun porch was perfect! We used the studio also, and was great. We were a group of older adults, age 65The only issue we had was the beds were not comfortable. 3 of the 5 adults slept on the couch or in a chair.

Great cabin. Very clean and family friendly. Quiet environment. Area had lots of rain prior to arrival and lawn was very squishy. Very close to Lewis farm, Mac Woods dune rides, Public Lake Michigan beach.
