After a day of exploring, sink into the comfortable sofa and stream your favorite shows on the Smart TV. The open layout flows into a dining area, perfect for shared meals. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a full dinner. Just off the kitchen, a private side patio offers a seating area for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening cocktail.

Guests will have full and private access to the entire home during their stay. This includes all interior spaces, the private side patio with seating, and one dedicated off-street parking space. Entry is seamless and private, allowing you to come and go with ease.

With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.



Getting Around:

You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.



Other Things to Note:

Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

The property was really nice and the team was very responsive. Someone parked on the street blocking our driveway and they were very helpful getting the car moved. The team made a stressful situation that much easier. Great location and very convenient to downtown.

Clean and comfortable stay. Well equipped. 10 minute drive from the heart of town, I was hoping it was walking distance. Bathroom sinks were the size of bar sinks, too tiny for normal use. I assume that was done to fit 3 baths. Heat was hard to regulate- it was a cold week. Otherwise a clean comfortable place to stay.
