This property is located very close to King Street- within walking distance. There were a ton of great neighborhood restaurants. Modern Italian was our FAVORITE restaurant we went to. We had 8 women and the house was tight. There were not enough hangers- we each got 2 - which is not ideal. Not every bedroom had a closet.- hanging racks were supplied but with limited hangers that didn’t really help. We stayed in the B unit and the outdoor patio space was not connected to our house. It was next to the A unit and they had a bachelorette party and used the outdoor space the whole time so we didn’t get to use it. Bedrooms were cozy and did not have blackout shades. I would recommend they get blackout shades so guests have a better night sleep. Overall the house did the trick but additional supplies would have made our stay more comfortable.

Seems to have been remodeled recently which made the rental more enjoyable as newer appliances and air conditioning work great. The location is quiet at night, close to shopping, and restaurants. We recommend this rental and will try to stay here again in the future.

Check in and out was easy. The unit worked fine for our short stay and not spending much time there other than to sleep. The beds were comfortable. It’s small, but we didn’t need a lot of space for the few days we were there. The internet didn’t work the entire stay. The response when I reached out about it was quick and assured me it would be fixed soon, but it never got fixed over our entire 4 day stay. I didn’t follow up after the first request because I had better ways to spend my time. The posting indicates that there are noise makers in every bedroom, but there aren’t. Neighbors were a bit noisy late at night. Not having them isn’t a big deal except that since it was advertised, I didn’t bring my own. I won’t make that mistake again.
